VOX – The Luxury Salon ("VOX", "we", "us") runs this website at voxsalon.in. This page explains, in plain language, what happens when you visit it.
The form on our Contact page does not submit to any server or database we control. When you fill it in and tap "Send via WhatsApp", your browser opens WhatsApp directly with your message pre-filled. From that point, the conversation happens between you and our WhatsApp number, on WhatsApp's platform, not through our website. We never see or store your name or phone number on our end unless you send us a WhatsApp message yourself.

These tools work using cookies and similar technology, and may collect your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit on our site. We don't sell this data, and we don't use it for anything beyond understanding our own traffic and ad performance.

If you book an appointment online, you're taken to our booking partner Fresha, which has its own privacy policy covering the information you give it directly (like your name and phone number for the booking).
